this is unreal Ray Shero is just trying to save his own butt, He lost great players in the off season, He is not Craig Patrick by any means.I know , Its not his fault Hossa backed out of a verbal agreement. or they probably could have signed Malone, and they Let Conklin go for peanuts, Shero should be the one looking for a job not Therrien.

The Penguins have just parted ways with Head Coach Michel Therrien, who's been at the helm since replacing the Great Ed Olczyk Experiment in 2005-06. The interim coach will be Dan Bylsma, 38, who was most recently the head coach of the Pens' American Hockey League affiliate in Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.Assistant coach Andre Savard was reassigned within the organization, replaced by Pens director of player development Tom Fitzgerald.
