MVN:
TSN is reporting tonight that rugged winger Tomas Holmstrom may have a groin and/or sports hernia injury, not the knee injury that was first suspected, and that it could force Holmstrom out of the lineup for the reminder of the Stanley Cup Finals. Of course, as expected, the Red Wings are not providing any details, just that they'll know more Friday. Obviously, it would be a major blow to the Wings' lineup if Holmstrom is out. And the Penguins realize that, as they targeted him repeatedly in Game Three, mainly defenseman Hal Gill.
