Anaheim Ducks 2009-10 Fantasy Hockey Preview
We are now less than a month away from the start of the 2009-10 regular season, and I think it is a great time to start publishing my fantasy preview articles for every single team.

After four years in much colder Michigan, and two seasons in the just-as-cold minors, Vernon’s Andrew Ebbett soaked up the sun in 48 games with Anaheim last year. Even got a regular shift in 13 playoff games.
Now...
Sharks Sweep Ducks Rookies
Three games and three wins. That was the story for San Jose during their annual rookie games with the Anaheim Ducks this year. San Jose sealed the sweep with a 5-2 victory Wednesday night at Sharks Ice.
“Winning is the best thing, no ...

Anaheim Ducks
Plus:
1. Grit mixed with talent: The Ducks are still the same basic team they were when they won the Cup in 2007, minus a few guys, and Getzlaf and Perry are much better now. They signed Saku Koivu this summer, a great move to bring in some veteran play and leadership, and brought in former draft pick Joffrey Lupul, who will be able to put up at least 20 goals...
We Hear You Helene
from Helene Elliott of the Fabulous Forum at the LA Times,
In a startling and no doubt temporary flash of insight, the NHL realized that there are, indeed, good hockey players and good teams residing west of Chicago and invited Ducks center Ryan Getzlaf to participate in a media tour this week in New York.
