Steve Downie at it Again - Cheapshot on Jason Blake - VIDEO

Tonight in the Leafs vs Flyers game Steve Downie got into a scrum behind the net with Jason Blake of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Downie's left hand was not tied up and he threw a cheapshot punch on Blake.

What the video doesn't show is Blake chellenged Downie before the scrum. If this deserves a penalty than the hit on Coburn deserved 4 minutes also.

Steve Downie was being held down by the refs, blake didnt drop a single glove....and he clearly jabs him witha cheap shot....typical of a flyers fan tho to think thats legal, with all the bullshit that your team has pulled all year, i cant see why u cant see things clear

The Flyers just can't help themselves...Hatcher on Zajac...now Downie again. You just can't keep doing things like this. It slightly marred what was an amazing effort by Niittymaki.
