The New York Islanders' Brendan Witt shows little respect for the game
(or his fellow players) with this concussion-causing elbow to Nicklas
Hagman.
Look,
I'm no prude when it comes to tough on-ice play and hard hits,
but Witt seems to go out of his way to pop Hagman's jaw with an elbow.
And why? Because he was racing (relatively) to the puck, out of
position, and apparently thought an elbow to someone's head was an
acceptable defensive play. Terrible.
