Coming into tonights match-up at the BMO Harris Bradley Center, the odds were stacked against the Milwaukee Admirals. Tied for the fewest points in the league and facing off against the team with the most points in the league things didn't look ripe for a Milwaukee win...but that's why they don't play games on paper.
Milwaukee got off to a good start, but for the 7th time in 7 games, the opposition scored the first goal of the game. After a turn over at center ice by Admirals captain Mike Moore, Checkers forward Jared Staal skated in and beat goaltender Magnus Hellberg to give the visitors a 1-0 lead. As the night went on, it was obvious that no team would hold a lead for long in this back and forth tilt. The Nashville Predators announced Wednesday morning that they will be hosting a Predators vs St. Louis Blues Alumni Game Saturday, November 10 at 5:30 PM CT. The game will be held at a local ice rink outside of Nashville, called "A-Game Sportsplex" in Cool Springs. Proceeds go to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy.
