Andrew Brunette talks about the dog he rescued in Colorado

And that dog, Simon, will be up on the podium tonight, where the announce “Let’s Play Hockey” before every Wild game. Brunette, the former Av, will be honored before tonight’s game with the Avs for playing his 1,000th game recently. Simon will be there next to Brunette’s brother, who will make the actual call. Simon, a golden retriever, was rescued by Brunette and his wife in Denver when he played here. Here’s video I shot today of Bruno, talking about that and more about his days as an Av.
