Andrew Gross at Rangers Rants reports that both Ryan McDonagh and Artem Anisimov are fine after being injured during the Rangers 4-1 win over the Sabres last night.

McDonagh was favoring his left hand after blocking a second period shot, while Artem Anisimov was forced to leave the game after his head hit the glass due to a hit from Robyn Regehr.

Gross has this quote from Anisimov after the game...

"Me and the Buffalo guy were skating to the puck, I probably touched it first," Anisimov said. He hit me (Anisimov taps himself on the right shoulder) and the glass went to my head. I came to the locker room just to make sure everything was OK with me. I'm fine."

Anisimov added that the Rangers doctor told him he couldn't return.

...with the way things have been going for the Rangers I was fulling expecting to hear that Anisimov had a concussion and McD broke his hand.
