The Bruins had three players invited to the Team Canada development camp over the summer in Patrice Bergeron, Milan Lucic and Brad Marchand, but only one ended up making the cut when the roster was announced on Tuesday morning during a lengthy presentation in Toronto. Bergeron will once again be a bottom-six center for Team Canada after helping them win a gold medal four years ago in Vancouver, but both Lucic and Marchand were left off the roster. The Marchand decision wasn’t much of a surprise given the really slow start to the 2013-14 NHL season for the Nose Face Killah, but the Lucic cut was one of the last for a Team Canada management group that included B’s general manager Peter Chiarelli.
