I believe this class offered a lot of bargain second-third line forwards, and solid defensemen that could put a contending team over the top. The following series will evaluate some of the best bargains and signings of the class. In the professional sports, each player has a stock which can also rise and fall to dictate their market value. Perhaps no player in the NHL has had their stock rise more than defenseman Ian White.
