The St. Louis Blues and Chicago Blackhawks have a long history and a heated rivalry that goes back to existence of the Blues organization. So, it should really not come as a surprise that in the Blues 5-2 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday night at the Scottrade Center that things got a little heated at times. During one moment in the second period, Blues captain David Backes got into it with Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews. The two all-stars famously had a one-sided bout last season, a fight that Backes clearly won. On Saturday it looked like the setting was set for round two, that was until Blackhawks tough man and goon Dan Carcillo interrupted the dancing between the two leaders of their respective clubs and pulled Backes away from Toews. All was quiet the rest of the game, in what turned out to be an easy victory for the Blackhawks. But on Monday, Carcillo was not so quiet. Carcillo called out David Backes, saying the big man was not tough and that he needs to pick...
