St. Louis Blues right wing Matt D'Agostini was activated from injured reserve prior to Thursday's road game against the Central Division rival Chicago Blackhawks.
D'Agostini has been sidelined for the past 25 games with a concussion, which was suffered during a Feb. 7 contest versus the Ottawa Senators.
The 25-year-old D'Agostini has collected nine goals, nine assists and 22 penalty minutes in 52 games this season.
