Per senschirp.ca: Got a tip from a source last night that said the Wild were never overly serious in their pursuit of Heatley. While they did show an interest, they were never really close to meeting Murray's asking price. Seems to indicate that the Sens were after some "core" players and the Wild were not interested in discussing anyone in the "core" i.e. Koivu, Burns, Havlat, Schultz, Back...
