Bryce Salvador’s injury could put the kibosh on any Avs-Devils trade now

He took a big hit from Flyers forward James Van Riemsdyk and is currently sidelined and undergoing further tests.This could affect the Avalanche because: If it is determined Salvador will be sidelined for more than six weeks, the Devils would qualify for long-term injury relief to their salary cap.
