Canes invite 41 to camp

The Hurricanes announced Thursday night that they have invited 41 players to their preseason training camp that begins Saturday— four goaltenders, 13 defensemen and 24 forwards. Nine players who represented the Hurricanes during the NHL Prospects Tournament in Traverse City, MI, will join the main camp: forwards Brandon Sutter, Zach Boychuk, Drayson Bowman, Chris Terry, Matt Kennedy and Nick Dodge; defensemen Jamie McBain and Brett Bellemore; and goaltender Mike Murphy.
