This season, he's the Rangers' leading point-producing defenseman (23 points) and their top plus-minus man (plus-22). And he's still just 21 years old....the best part of Proteau's analysis is that Del Zotto is just 21. He's been through more in his first three seasons than some players have their entire careers.
