Devils Have a Big Showing on Scott Niedermayer Night

On Scott Niedermayer the Devils confirmed the suspicion that they’re hot. The Devils retired the jersey of long time Defenseman Scott Niedermayer and with the Devils playing well there was a positive atmosphere at Prudential Center. But going into the game there was a little concern that Richard Bachman was playing so well he may stymie the Devils and ruin the night. This was not the case.
