Dion Phaneuf Signs the 6 Year Deal

As I reported last week, Dion Phaneuf of the Calgary Flames was about to sign a long tern deal. Today it became official as he signed a 6 year deal worth 39.5 million deal. He will be the fourth highest paid defenseman in the league starting next season. Darryl Sutter who' s the GM of the Flames had this say:..
