Ott was waiting for the rest of his teammates to exit before having a few choice words for Laviolette.
The Flyers' coach dismissed Ott and continued to the locker room.
Claude Giroux collected a goal and three assists in his return from a four-game absence due to concussion-like symptoms as Philadelphia skated to a 4-1 road triumph.
