Philadelphia winger Scott Hartnell, who had a phone hearing with NHL officials today, will not be suspended for allegedly biting defenseman Kris Letang's right ring finger during a scrum late in the Penguins' 5-4 victory over the Flyers at the Wachovia Center Thursday night.
