We still love that arena picture. The Pens head down to Raleigh today for the second of a back-to-back after having five days off. Isn't NHL scheduling the best? There should be a decent pro-Pens crowd in the RBC Center tonight including our very own Tony. Hopefully they get some good pictures.
Eric Staal has five points and is a -16 in 16 games this year. See what knocking out your own brother does to your game?
It looks like Eric is determined to regain his title as the best Staal in the NHL and he will stop at nothing in order to do so. Watch out Jordan!

Three Hurricanes on NHL All-Star ballot
The National Hockey League today released the 2012 NHL All-Star Fan Ballots for the starters of the 2012 NHL All-Star Game. The Hurricanes snagged three spots. Forwards Jeff Skinner and Eric Staal, as well as goaltender Cam Ward are on the ballott.

Carolina Hurricanes left wing Jussi Jokinen apparently is a fast healer and will make his return to the lineup for Friday's game against the New York Rangers.

The Pens were down 3-0 after two periods of play. It wasn't for lack of trying. Cam Ward let Malkin know this wasn't the 2009 Conference Finals.
