It has not been the start that the Flyers $51 million goalie was hoping for. Once again, we have a controversy between the pipes in Philly. Shocker. Speaking with reporters today, Bryz informed everyone that it is a free country. Quotes courtesy of Ryan Lawrence. "It’s a free country, right? You don’t want to break my constitutional rights. I have freedom to speak and freedom to be quiet." When asked how he was feeling and how it felt to bounce back and get a win last night, Bryz said "Great, next question." In addition, Ryan Lawrence said that Bryz made him repeat his question twice, which would total up to three times in full. Lawrence said his question was clear and coherent after listening to the tape. Sounds like Bryz is getting angry and irritated, something that a lot of people feared would happen in a big city. This isn't Phoenix. Maybe he just does not want to be a goalie anymore?

Tim Panaccio: Sit Timonen Another Game?

That the Flyers didn't have another Friday Night Massacre where they announced bad news late into the evening was a relief, as it pertained to defenseman Kimmo Timonen. Briere Becomes ‘Mad Hatter’ in Flyers’ 3-2 Overtime Win

It’s been a tough season so far for Philadelphia Flyers’ forward Danny Briere. With just 10 goals and 25 points in his first 35 games this season, he is on pace to rival his lowest totals since he signed with the club in the summer of 2007. He has especially struggled offensively as of late, having not scored in the last five games, while managing just one goal in his...
