After collecting two assists earlier in the contest, Sidney Crosby left wednesday's 6-3 loss to The Capitals late in the third period with what looked like a left knee injury. Crosby tangled along the boards with the Cap's Dave Steckel, and headed to bench in obvious pain before heading off to the locker room.
After skipping today's optional practice and receiving an MRI this morning, the Pen's Captain was?listed as 'Day-to-Day" as the MRI showed "No Significant Damage".
Well, after skating for just 20 minutes today, Crosby has been pronounced out for tonight's Ducks game with what sounds like a sprained left knee.
