Days of Y'Orr:
It's official. Ryan Miller has a concussion, compliments of his boneheaded attempt to bulldoze Milan Lucic last night.Sabres GM Darcy Regier is less than enthused:"The last thing we need to do in the NHL is to be losing our stars to concussions on plays like this."Yea. Nothing worse than losing your overrated goaltender to a shoulder-to-shoulder check in open ice. Not like Lucic gave Miller a flying elbow to the head. Contact to the head was never made. NHL has already lost stars to concussions. It is, sadly, part of the game but it's the cheap shots to the head that are the issue, not Lucic's check.Props to Miller for playing a full period after being concussed, though. Somewhere Patches is looking angrily and muttering "Show off." Dr. Recchi suggests going to see Hall Pass.In seriousness, concussions suck, but if Looch's bodycheck was enough to give Miller a concussion, pretty sure it was only a matter of time before someone's slapshot to th...

The B's winger meets with...

The Buffalo Sabres are in a tight spot. Their top goaltender, Ryan Miller, has struggled out of gates while backup Jhonas Enroth has broken out to a 5-0-0 start. What to do? This reminds NESN Nation's Dan Duquette of the similar situation James Bond actors face. If one's struggling, you might be tempted to bring in a new guy. But what if he goes stale next? Who's to say...
