Well, that didn't take very long, did it? The NHL, plagued with its fair share of dirty, high, from behind and late hits over the last few years, witnessed its first gross display of the preseason on Wednesday night when the Flyers' Jody Shelley crushed Toronto's Darryl Boyce from behind on a late hit. Luckily, justice was immediately served when Maple Leaf Jay Rosehill threw down with Shelley and left the Philly enforcer bloody, as seen below.
