NASHVILLE -- The Nashville Predators reunited a pair of Belarussian brothers on the NHLs trade deadline, completing a second deal within 10 days with the Montreal Canadiens by acquiring left wing Andrei Kostitsyn. The Predators sent their second-round pick in 2013 and a fifth-round conditional pick they had received from the Canadiens on Feb. 17 in exchange for defenseman Hal Gill. The Predators have been aggressive in trading draft picks over the last two seasons. They traded a first-rounder to Ottawa for center Mike Fisher last season and have traded two second-round picks this season (2012 and 13) to Montreal. Last season, Sergei Kostitsyn, in his first season with Nashville after coming over from Montreal, was the Predators leading-scorer with 23 goals. Andrei, who is two years older at 27, was a higher pick in his draft year, going 10th overall to the Canadiens in 2003 in the NHL Entry Draft held in Nashville (Sergei was taken 200th overall in 2005).
