Found February 05, 2013 on The Bay Cave:
The Lightning traveled to Philadelphia to play the Flyers in the first game of their four game road trip. But many times throughout the game the Bolts looked as tired as if they were on the back-end of the trip. Tampa Bay pulled off just 22 shots on goal, only five in the second period. Poor puck handling by the Lightning could have resulted in a bigger deficit but goalie Anders Lindback bailed them out on several occasions. Philadelphia’s Tom Sestito scored both Flyers goals, beating Lindback with the backhand twice. The Bolts didn’t get on the board until the third period with Benoit Pouliot was left alone in front of the net. A penalty on the Flyers’ Braydon Coburn made it a 6-on-4 advantage for the Bolts with under :15 seconds left but they were unable to tie the game, making it a 2-1 final. Teddy Purcell and Pouliot both had chances on a power play in the second period but were unable to score. Steven Stamkos also had an opportunity in the second period on a wrap around and came up empty as well. Philadelphia goalie Ilya Bryzgalov stopped 21 of 22 shots.
