Tampa Bay Lightning left wing Ryan Malone may be receiving a call from the league. Malone delivered a hit to the head of Montreal Canadiens defenseman Chris Campoli during Saturday's preseason contest and earned a five-minute penalty in the process. Fellow blue-liner Josh Gorges stood up for his fallen teammate by engaging Malone in a fight. Malone, 31, collected 14 goals, 24 assists and 51 penalty minutes in 54 games last season for the Lightning. Campoli, 27, split last season with both the Ottawa Senators and Chicago Blackhawks, recording four goals, 17 assists and 36 penalty minutes.
