The VP partner of a key investor interested in seeing the National Football League return to the Los Angeles area says that he has "no doubt" that the NFL will be returning to LA in 2009, playing most likely in the Rose Bowl. Majestic Realty Vice President John Semcken, who is partners with developer Ed Roski Jr. said Tuesday, "We are going to have a team here next September." And, according to the report, any facilities – interim or permanent – that would be used should be able to accommodate not one, but two NFL teams.
