I'm on my way up to the Wachovia Center, where the Flyers will put their 7-game home winning streak on the line against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Danny Briere won't be ready for the game, but Joffrey Lupul could rejoin the lineup.
Sam Carchidi's article today has some great stats on the Flyers at the season's halfway point. Most importantly, they're in first place in the Atlantic Division. That's a tall order considering "they have lost 20 players to injuries or illness. As a result, six Flyers rookies have made their NHL debut this season."
