After the latest outburst by Sean Avery you wonder if Avery will be able to last the whole season in Dallas, or will he be shown the door? While Avery is a good hockey player, its incidents like this that make me come to the conclusion that Sean Avery is a world class jerk. Why the heck would he need to say something like this? Yet we will still watch because you know there could be a Avery train wreck right around the corner.

Didn't Avery know that he was going to get burned by making these types of statements? Now the jerk has been suspended indefinitely pending a hearing with the league commissioner Colin Campbell. You can bet he is going to get an unpaid vacation for this latest gaff.

You have to wonder why Avery would make such an objectionable statement? If didn't think Avery was a jerk before this incident you probably going to think it now. Heck, if you want to get under Dion Phaneu's skin go out and check him or challenge him to a fight, I am sure he won't back down from you.

After reading further into this story I realized that Elisha Cuthbert was the woman that played Kimberly Bauer in the first couple of seasons of the Fox television series "24".
CALGARY -"Uh, I'm really happy to be back in Calgary. I love Canada.

"And I just want to comment on how it's become like a common thing in the NHL for guys to fall in love with my sloppy seconds. I don't know what that's about.

"Enjoy the game tonight."

The jab, of course, is directed at Calgary Flames defenceman Dion Phaneuf, who is dating Avery's ex-girlfriend, Elisha Cuthbert. The actress, reportedly, also dated Mike Komisarek of the Montreal Canadiens.
