Game thoughts:
The HBO cameras will be rolling as the Flyers and Rangers face off at MSG in a preview of the upcoming Winter Classic. This will just be their second meeting of the year; Lundqvist shut out the Flyers in late November. Whenever these two get together it’s a close game, and I wouldn’t expect anything different here. Go with the Orange and Black in a feisty contest.
Prediction: Flyers 3, Rangers 2 (OT)

The rest of today’s predictions:
Bruins over Panthers
Capitals over Devils
Islanders over Maple Leafs
Hurricanes over Senators
Penguins over Jets
Stars over Predators
Avalanche over Lightning
Blues over Coyotes
Canucks over Flames
Sharks over Kings
