Walz played 13 seasons in the NHL with the Boston Bruins, Calgary Flames, Detroit Red Wings, Philadelphia Flyers and Minnesota Wild, totaling 109 goals and 151 assists in over 600 games. He also spent some time as an assistant coach with the Tampa Bay Lightning.Among the topics we'll be discussing today are the development of Steven Stamkos in Tampa Bay, the new proposed rule change for hits to the head and the progress of the Minnesota Wild -- the team he spent most of his career with -- under their new front office/coaching regime this season.
