There have been several Bruins skaters chosen for the Olympic hockey teams of their former native countries. To the much disappointment of everyone, there were no Bruins players chosen for the United States men’s hockey team.   The players that were chosen were the following:   ·      Patrice Bergeron: Bergeron was selected by the Canadian Olympic team, which will be his second time doing so as he was a member of the Vancouver games, when Canada won the gold medal. ·      Tuukka Rask was selected to be apart of the Finland Olympic team. ·      David Krejci was selected to be apart of the Czech Republic Olympic team. ·      Zdeno Chara was  selected to not only be apart of the Slovakia Olympic team, but the captain of the squad as well just like he is in Boston. ·      Loui Eriksson was selected to be apart of the Sweden Olympic team.   It wasn’t just players that were being named to be apart of the Olympics, as Bruins coach Claude Julien is an assistant coach for Team Can
