Craig Anderson’s injured hand is healing nicely, allowing the veteran goaltender to resume practicing in full gear in Ottawa.Hot prospect Robin Lehner fared well during earlier stints this season. Newcomer Ben Bishop, acquired from the Blues organization before the trade deadline, is 2-0-1 with a 2.27 goals against average and .926 save percentage since being recalled from Binghamton. So this is a nice scenario for Senators coach Paul MacLean.“We'll evaluate it day by day, but obviously Ben has played real good,” MacLean told the Ottawa Sun. “Robin played fine while he was here, too.”As for Anderson . . . “He took some shots today, which was again progress,” MacLean said. “So we're going to keep going every day, I guess, to see if he gets better and better.“He's just trying to get into it and get comfortable with his glove and his stick, making sure there's a comfortable level before he starts to really get into it.”For now Bishop is the guy, with veteran Alex Auld backing him up and Lehner toiling in Binghamton of the American Hockey League. At some point Lehner and Bishop could flip again as the organizational tries to keep both players on track. What will the Senators do next season? Will they alternate Bishop and Lehner behind Anderson and try to keep them all busy.
