Long shot spoils Fleury's night / Canadiens 3, Penguins 2
Used to be that a bad game would rattle Marc-Andre Fleury, causing him to follow it with one that wasn't much better. Not anymore, though. He proved that again Tuesday night, when he did just about everything possible to earn a victory for the Penguins against Montreal at the Bell Centre.

This one is tough. Gonch was an aging defenseman. He came off a not-so solid playoff ( see Travis Moen's goal in game 7)

I’m not enjoying this season’s schedule – back-to-back games, then long lapses of time in between the next game – nope, I’m not liking it at all. What happened to games every other day? It just lacks consistency and it disrupts my schedule as a fan, so I can’t imagine what it’s like for the players. I realize that good teams find ways...

Penguins coach Dan Bylsma said today that winger Tyler Kennedy has been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain that will keep him out of the lineup four to six weeks, although he added that the time frame will become clearer moving forward.
