The Pittsburgh Penguins aren’t sure when Sidney Crosby will return from his broken jaw, but the team is greatly relieved he isn’t suffering concussion symptoms.On the other hand, the team is monitoring winger James Neal closely after he took a knock-out elbow from New York Rangers defenseman Michael Del Zotto. “It was a tough hit to watch,” right winger Pascal Dupuis told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. “Especially when our guy seems knocked out on the ice.”Thus far, the team has offered no update on his condition. Neal hasn’t dealt with concussion issues since coming to the NHL, so that is a big positive for him.Meanwhile top defenseman Kris Letang is still on the mend from a broken toe and a strained groin muscle. He has missed eight of the last nine Pittsburgh games.Letang has been on the ice, testing both injuries.
