Despite their season being on the brink after last night's 5-3 loss to the Devils, the Rangers are still feeling good about their chances going forward (via Newsday)...

Brian Boyle...

"We don't need to say, 'Oh, we did some good things, it's a moral victory,' to kind of give ourselves confidence. We have confidence as a group."

John Tortorella...

"I have tremendous confidence in how we'll react to this."

Marc Staal (via Bergen Record)...

"We were grinding down low and they were getting tired and we just kept coming at them. That's obviously the way we need to play the full 60. We have to win one in their rink anyways. We'll be fine. We'll regroup, get back and get the next one."

...was that a guarantee from Staal? lol

...not sure how any Rangers fan can think this series is over. They've responded to every kind of adversity this season, especially in the playoffs when they stormed back from 3-2 down against Ottawa and fought off a possible 3-2 deficit to the Capitals with a last second goal.

...one thing I've learned about the Rangers this season, never count them out.
