Detroit Red Wings defenseman Mike Commodore has been ruled out of both Thursday's and Saturday's games with a bruised MCL.
"It is frustrating, I felt like I was having a pretty good camp," Commodore told the Detroit News on Thursday. "It's not like I'm missing a lot of games, but missing the practices is kind of tough."
Commodore has yet to play this season and will watch Thursday's game against the Vancouver Canucks.
After Saturday's contest versus at the Minnesota Wild, the Red Wings don't play until Oct. 21 against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
