A trio of defensive starters changed teams this week, as reported on ESPN.com:Cowboys Sign Olshanksy 26-year-old former San Diego defensive lineman Igor Olshansky is coming to Dallas. The 6-year veteran signed a four-year, $18 million contract with $8 million in guaranteed money. The former second-round pick out of Oregon played in the same 3-4 defensive scheme utilized by Dallas during his stay with the Chargers, where current Cowboy head coach Wade Phillips was defensive coordinator from 2004 to 2006. Eagles Reach Agreement with Jones The Philadelphia Eagles signed former Cleveland Browns safety Sean Jones to a one-year, $3 million dollar deal. Jones was hoping for a more lucrative multi-year deal, but teams were wary after the six-year veteran missed four games with a knee injury last season.
