Not really a huge hockey guy, but if I was the Capitals would be my team. They are sitting at 9-4 and atop the southeast division. They lost there first home game of the year last night 5-2 getting beat by the Dallas Stars.

Anyone who thinks the Dallas Stars are an early season fluke has not been paying attention to the way this team has gelled since the start of training camp. The Stars were a good team last season when reasonably healthy -- better than many of the playoff teams in the other Conference -- and have improved since then.
The Washington Capitals have not been playing their best hockey...
