Jhonas Enroth made 36 saves, and Derek Roy had a goal and two assists for the Buffalo Sabres in their 5-1 win over the Ottawa Senators on Friday night.
Matt Ellis, Jordan Leopold, Luke Adam, and Ville Leino also scored for the Sabres (10-5), who won their fourth straight after a 1-4 stretch. It was Buffalo's eighth win in nine meetings with Ottawa.
Enroth, making his fifth start of the season - and third in four games - was solid throughout. His best save came midway through the second period when he robbed Zack Smith's tap-in attempt on a 2-on-1 break while the Senators were short-handed.
Drew Stafford added three assists for the Sabres.
Sergei Gonchar scored for slumping Ottawa (7-9-1), which dropped to 0-4-1 since a six-game winning streak.
Craig Anderson let in two goals on six shots over the first 2 1/2 minutes of the game before being pulled. Alex Auld finished with 12 saves in relief for the Senators.
