Like a Fine Wine: Pascal Dupuis.
Article by Kyle Fritz (@LuigiLemieux) for Pens Initiative
The Marian Hossa Trade will go down in Pittsburgh Penguins lore as one of the most influential moves ever made by a Penguin front office, in the best way possible.
Yes, it brought the Slovak winger to the Steel City, where he promptly injured his knee and failed to ever...
Pittsburgh Penguins right winger Pascal Dupuis pulled out two of his teeth after taking a high stick to the face during Wednesday night's game against the Bruins, yet he didn't miss a shift. Ironically, Dupuis was whacked accidentally by his own teammate, as defenseman Kris Letang got him in the mouth. Dupuis returned to the bench, pulled his teeth out, and came back...
via SB Nation Professional hockey players are a rare breed. Like, it’s absolutely no big deal if they lose a tooth. None whatsoever. It wasn’t a big deal to Pittsburgh Penguins winger Pascal Dupuis Wednesday night. After he was hit in the mouth by the errant stick of teammate Kris Letang, Dupuis yanked out a loose tooth while sitting on the bench. Maybe he’s hard-up...
Pascal Dupuis should be receiving a nice visit from the Tooth Fairy on Wednesday night.
The Penguins forward stars in the latest installment of “hockey players are the toughest,” after receiving a swift stick to the mouth from teammate Kris Lettang.
Dupuis skated off to the bench, but instead of missing a second of the action against the Bruins, the left winger did his best...
In case anyone has forgotten that hockey players are insanely badass, this video should serve as a solid reminder. During the Pittsburgh Penguins game against the Boston Bruins on Wednesday night, Pascal Dupuis took a stick to the face from teammate Kris Letang, which loosened a few of his teeth. When Dupuis got back to the bench, he very casually ripped these teeth out, handed...
Amateur dentist, Pascal Dupuis, decided to take out two of his teeth on the bench after a high stick. This is why I love hockey and hockey players.

Is there another group of athletes more reliable than NHL players?
For instance, in the midst of the NFL season, with guys crashing full-speed into one another every Sunday, knocking one another out for the season, it seems like every night there's a hockey player taking some gruesome injury (usually to the face) -- and usually just playing through it.
It’s only a pair of teeth. On Wednesday Pittsburgh Penguis left winger Pascal Dupuis pulled out two of his teeth.
The errant stick of teammate Kris Letang loosened up the teeth for Dupuis who wasted little time pulling them out. Only in the NHL.
And for those who like it in GIF form…. (via SB Nation)
Naturally because he is a hockey player, Dupuis did not miss a shift.
Pittsburgh Penguins forward Pascal Dupuis took a stick to the face from teammate Kris Letang during his team’s 3-2 win over the Boston Bruins on Wednesday night. You know what’s coming next. Dupuis is a hockey player. Naturally, he didn’t miss a shift. He simply skated to the bench, took a seat, and yanked his […]
Everyone likes reporting that Pascal Dupuis pulled out two teeth last night. Who confirmed that they were not crowns? Teeth (and roots...) do not come out as easily as in Castaway.**Follow us on Twitter, View via Our Mobile Site, or Return HomeFollow us on Twitter. Subscribe or Return to Bob's Blitz.
Looks like another hockey player is showing off his grit and guts. Pittsburgh Penguins forward Pascal Dupuis had a tooth loosen up, so he popped it out on the bench and didn’t miss a shift. Hockey players are a different breed with a special kind of toughness.
Pascal Dupuis doesn’t have time for no stinkin’ dentist appointments! Pascal took a stick to the face and then proceeds to pull out two of his own teeth.
Disclaimer: Don’t watch this video if you had to cover your eyes during any of the 80 Saw movies.

Pittsburgh Penguins left winger Pascal Dupuis pulled out his own tooth during a hockey game against the Boston Bruins.
Hockey players continue to show why they’re collectively the toughest SOB’s in all of sports. After taking a high stick to the face from his own teammate in Kris Letang, Pittsburgh’s Pascal Dupuis heads to the bench where he proceeds to pull out two teeth and hand them over to the trainer. It didn't take long for Thomas Vanek to form a bond with his new linies, John Tavares and Kyle Okposo.
Two games to be exact.
Vanek's blind, back-pass to John Tavares led to his first point as an Islander was a thing of beauty.
Vanek played his 600th regular-season game, his second with the Islanders since he was acquired in a trade with the Buffalo Sabres on Sunday...
