The Bruins' first-round playoff opponent won't be decided until Saturday night, when the Washington Capitals play the New York Rangers. If the Capitals win, they could leapfrog the Senators into the No. 7 spot in the conference, which would mean the long-assumed Boston-Ottawa matchup won't come to fruition. NESN Nation's Dan Duquette is a little bummed out that Ottawa let it come to this. It's not that we should be scared of Washington or something, it's just that we were kind of really looking forward to facing the Senators again.
