Numbers aren't really my thing. In fact, Earl Sleek's had the blogosphere pretty much cornered with his number-spouting brilliance for a long time now. But today, I bring you numbers.Seven - Thanks to last night's shootout win over Vancouver, Anaheim has re-claimed the #7 spot in the West after having momentarily been pushed into #8 when the St. Louis Blues won their game against Detroit. Tonight, Nashville has the opportunity to gain two points from their contest against Chicago in order to claw their way back into the race and shove the Blues right back out. For tonight, at least, we're safe in the #7 spot and will continue to try to catch up to Columbus by wrangling some points out of the upcoming home-and-home series against San Jose this weekend.Two - Two wins over this three-game road trip so far that yielded four fat points.
