During Sunday's overtime win over the Washington Capitals, Max Talbot was carried down the tunnel. Talbot finished a check on Mike Green in the corner, and instantly fell in pain. He hobbled over to the bench where trainers carried him as he could not put any weight on his leg.
There were speculations that Talbot may have been cut with Green's skates. Today the Flyers have announced that Max Talbot will be out indefinitely with a broken leg. The NHL trade deadline is April 3rd, the team is already link to Ryane Clowe. Several sources say the San Jose Sharks and the Flyers have been in serious talks and a deal could be worked out today.
