Draft day was a blur for new Tampa Bay Lightning winger Jonathan Drouin, who ran the gauntlet of interviews with both reporters and fans via social media on Sunday at the NHL Draft.
Drouin, the third overall pick, didn't get much of a break after his name was called by Lightning GM Steve Yzerman. But he spent much of the day smiling as he was ushered through various interviews in Newark, N.J.
"It's great to be in Tampa Bay," Drouin said. "Coming into the draft, that's probably the team i really like the most. They have great young players and great veterans."
