No. 1 Star: Jonathan Toews, Chicago Blackhawks In the battle of the Western Conference's two best teams, the Blackhawks emerged, 4-3, in a shootout victory over the Minnesota Wild. Chicago was led by Toews, who had a goal, an assist, and a shootout goal, which set the stage for Patrick Kane to deke the Wild into oblivion. No. 2 Star: Niklas Hagman, Anaheim Ducks Hagman scored twice in the second period as the Ducks cruised to a 4-1 victory over the Phoenix Coyotes. He added 5 shots, second only to Lubomir Visnovsky. Corey Perry assisted on both goals. No. 3 Star: Tim Thomas, Boston Bruins The Ottawa Senators came to play in this one, peppering Thomas with 47 shots, but the Bruins netminder stopped all but two. Speaking of two, Daniel Paille scored that many times, and the Bruins rolled to a 5-2 win. Honourable mention: Cal Clutterbuck had two assists for Minnesota in the loss...
