The fantasy hockey season is now in the home stretch and free agent picks up are more important than ever. Below is my latest compilation of players to grab before they end up on the roster of your competition:
Small Leagues: 8-10 man leagues
C Paul Stastny, COL- The Quebec native remains on the waiver wire in a large numbers of fantasy leagues. The veteran has already racked up 34 points on the year and has established himself on a mediocre Avs’ offense.
LW Ville Leino, BUF – Leino is really heating up in Buffalo with 4 points in the last four games. The veteran was one of owner Terry Pegula‘s prized acquisition this off-season and he is finally living up to the city’s hefty expectations.
RW Kyle Okposo, NYI – Okposo remains available in a majority of leagues despite having 29 points on the season.
D Alex Goligoski, DAL – “The Minnesota North Star” has looked very impressive in the last 12 games, as his 10 points are better...
