Jagr, 39, aggravated a mild left groin strain during the Winter Classic against the New York Rangers on Jan. 2.

Daniel Alfredsson had a goal and two assists, Craig Anderson made 35 saves and the Ottawa Senators extended their winning streak to four games with a 4-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday night.
